    Description

This arrowhead is from my great grandfathers collection who was (Native American-MicMac) he spent many hours back in the day collecting arrowheads between the 1920's -1960's - I did take his collection to been authenticated by Skinner in Bolton Mass. I did consign some pieces- also donated the nicer pieces to the Peabody museum but I did keep some of the arrowheads and stone tools these are some of them. This particular arrowhead was found in Georgetown Mass. It is about 2 1/2" long and has been rechipped at the tip. It really is a pretty incredible feeling that can open one's imagination while holding this little piece of history in the palm of your hands. Although my grandfather was Micmac-raised on a reservation in Canada and was granted duel citisenship (sorry 1 key is sticking) This doesn't mean this particular arrowhead was chipped by a person of Micmac decent since the people traveled allot back in the day-but what I do know is the type of stone is typical of New England and this is where he mostly went when in search of.  I have sold many arrowheads over the years on ebay without any incident-please feel free to check out my feedback on prior sales if you have any questions. Thankx for looking- hope you will stay safe +enjoy your day.All sales are easily refundable including free return shipping if not satisfied with your purchase.
