Under the British Commonwealth Air Training Program (BCATP) thousands of Allied aircrewmen learned their wartime skills in the safe and expansive skies of Canada. On course completion they were usually presented with the wing of their specialty.  These were Canadian-made and were based on the authorized Canadian wing patterns.  Many were remade for the collector market by such firms as The Patch King, and we have a selection of these on eBay right now.  All are rayon-embroidered on black felt backed with white gauze that does not glow under UV light.  All are in fine unused condition.  There were both curved and straight wings, and many collectors also classify the wings according to the number of feather points visible.
The one offered here is for a British Royal  Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Wireless Operator/Air Gunner.  It's a curved, 15-feather wing which is 3-3/4" wide.
I used to be able to offer one-day handling, but with the new "managed payments"  program it takes 3-5 days for eBay to actually get money to my account, whereas with PayPal it was instantaneous.  eBay continues its fine record of "fixing" what isn't broken.  My apologies, but I can do nothing about the resultant delay in mailing your item(s) to you.
Payment
Payment is expected within seven (7) days of the auction's close.  Buyers with NY state addresses will be charged 8% state sales tax, unless a valid NY Certificate of Authority number is provided.

Shipping
We ship all over the world on a regular basis, and usually will do so within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment.  We are also happy to combine multiple items to save you money on shipping charges.  Contact us before bidding if you have any question about the shipping cost for a particular item.  We usually ship by USPS First Class, Priority, or Media Mail as best suited to the purchase.  Expedited delivery by Express Mail or FedEx is available at extra cost - contact us for rates.
Duty and taxes, if any, are always the responsibility of the buyer.
Terms of Sale
