The Black Ice Snowmobile Dolly is an easy-to-use, space-saving alternative to large snowmobile jacks and dollies. It allows you to fully lift your snowmobile's skis and track off the ground and reposition your ride for storage or maintenance. Manufactured in durable powder-coated 1-1/4" square steel tubing, this dolly comes with two large front casters (each 5" diameter x 1-1/8" thick), one small rear caster (3" diameter x 1-13/64" thick), and a long lever handle to support the track and help maneuver the snowmobile once it's fully lifted. It requires no electricity, batteries or hydraulics to operate. This dolly folds up to 83-1/4" L x 20-3/8" W x 10" H for compact storage, and is lightweight at 35 pounds. Plastic padding on the front bar protects the sled and dolly from damage, while a 17-3/4" L rubber strip on the back prevents tracks with studs from scratching the long handle.
To use this snowmobile dolly, lower the front bar and slide it between your skis and track at a 90-degree angle, with the long handle pointed towards the rear. Using the handle, pull down until the front end of your snowmobile is completely lifted onto the plastic padded front bar. The front bar and lifted front end will then act as a fulcrum, allowing you to simultaneously lift the tail end of your snowmobile and slide the long handle at an angle under the track.
