DESCRIPTION
Cone Clamping Elements/ Taper Bush Locking devices are precision made to provide a wide, versatile range of keyless shaft/hub fixing assemblies. Their design is such they can be fitted to any mating component that has a parallel bore.
They offer simple installation, resistance to alternating torques, increased shaft strength, zero backlash, actual and angular adjustment therefore creating high torque transmission capacity.

Depending on the size and weight of your order, Your order will be sent via the Royal Mail delivery or courier.
My item has not arrived yet?
All items are sent via courier or second/ first class post unless they are going out side the UK. If you have not received your packet please contact your local postal sorting office as your item may be there. All items are shipped within one/ two business day of ordering I cant control the item once it has left me if it has been sent via the post as there is no tracking for the packet but if the item is undelivered it should come back to me as their is a frank with our returns address on it.. Royal Mail says that you should wait up to 15 days before making a claim for a missing packet. Delivery times are just an estimate made by ebay and not a guarantee.
For international delivery please allow up to 28 days before contacting me. This is the time stated by the Royal Mail before being able to make a claim for a missing packet & that the packet should of been delivered in that given time.

Returns
At Bolton Bearingswe pride ourselves in providing you with exceptional levels of customer service which extends to our returns policy. We endeavour to make every effort to fulfill valid requests for returns and will refund authorised returns as promptly as possible.
However, please do not return any stock to us without first contacting us to discuss the return of your unwanted items. No returned goods will be accepted without our previous authorisation and goods return number.
Should you wish to return any unwanted orders, please contact us with the following details:

What you would like to return

An acceptable reason for return
Bolton Bearing sorder/invoice number
We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due to you as promptly as possible.
Damages
The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify BOLTON BEARINGS as soon as possible if they deem the goods be faulty or damaged. If the customer fails to notify BOLTON BEARINGS within 3 days of delivery that their goods are broken or faulty, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods.
Terms For Returns
Should the customer wish to cancel the order prior to dispatch, payment shall be refunded in full within 30 days. The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify BOLTON BEARINGS within 3 days should the goods be faulty or damaged. Should the customer fail to notify BOLTON BEARINGS within 3 days, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods. Should the products be faulty or damaged, BOLTON BEARINGS shall take responsibility for recovery of the goods from the customer within 30 days of delivery. The customer will also be entitled to a full refund if the goods are deemed to be faulty/damaged by BOLTON BEARINGS.
Goods ordered incorrectly may be subject to a handling charge and the value of the goods only will be refunded if the goods are deemed an acceptable condition.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns for cut belts (htd timing belts, imperial timing belts & poly-v belts)
Where it states postage is free. Refund will be less original postage unless it is deemed item is damaged or faulty.
