to provide water supply to an already installed residential/barn/office/warehouse fire sprinkler system.
Made by General Air Products for FEMA in 2018,
This Tank and Pump System (TPS) consists of
an insulated weather resistant enclosure,
a water tank and pump, selected controls and alarms,
internal heating for the enclosure, and other elements
intended to result in a system that
meets or exceeds NFPA 13D requirements.
Tanks are appx. 250 gallon water capacity.

We will gladly accommodate the Buyer’s preferred option, and we will diligently work to facilitate all pickups.  Sometimes a crate and pallet job may require a fee and will be disclosed in the original listing.  We are located at a professional business park, and our extensive experience and location can accommodate large freight carriers.

USPS SHIPPING

Please note that First Class Mail does not always allow for Real Time Tracking, it only provides a Tracking Number, and may not show it has been accepted at the US Post Office, and sometimes will only show as Accepted at Delivery Confirmation.  Priority Mail has recently become lax, and may also only show at Point of Delivery. However, please note that we monitor each transaction and will stay in close contact with you.

IN THE EVENT AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED

PLEASE take pictures and send the pictures to us ASAP!  Do not throw away the item nor it’s packaging, as the shipper may choose to pick up the damaged item and inspect the packaging. Always contact us immediately, and we will work to make you happy! Although we do our due diligent best to make sure your package arrives intact, we cannot guarantee a rogue delivery person won’t be assigned to deliver your package!
RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE STOCKING FEE

Unless item has been damaged in shipping.
The refund will be the purchase price less the 20% re stocking fee and less the cost of shipping.  Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, SO please feel free to use the carrier of your choice and please be sure to package the item well for return shipping.
Once item is returned, and upon Inspection, refund will be issued.
