Thanks to strong metal parts and robust fabrics, the hoist can hold up to 125lb (57kg) so it will easily take the weight of your kayak, paddles and other gear. The system can easily be installed at home using the mounting hardware included. It needs about 20in x 4in of flat ceiling space to install, and the ceiling needs to be strong enough to support the system and its load.
