Stark bicycle lift to store your bicycle off the floor to save garage space.
I bought extra ones and have installed two as shown in the item pictures.
I mounted my pulley plates on a 1" X 4" board that is securely mounted along a ceiling joist.  I would not trust using drywall anchors even though my bicycles are only 20lbs.  Well below the 44 lb rating.  Even at 20lbs, it is easier to hoist up the bicycle if you assist by lifting up on the frame while pulling the cord.  You can easily hoist the bicycle in stages as the cord retention device will activate when it detects the weight of the bicycle on the cord.
As you can see, I have one bicycle on the lift with the front wheel detached.  This was to limit how much of the bicycle extended into the area where I walk through constantly.
With the cost of shipping, I'm not making anything on this item.  Hopefully someone else can use the Stark lift to save garage floor space!
